One thing I take pride in is that the newsletter I send you
should always give you helpful information and techniques you
can use to be more effective in your presentations. I also make
it a point to place any information about my presentations,
seminars, or products at the end of the newsletter. That way
if you believe I gave you something of value, I hope you will
give me a few moments of your time in return to read about what
I have to offer.

Today I have a special email mailing just to share with you
information about my upcoming Dynamic Presentations Institute,
March 9, 10, & 11th. My next newsletter will return to the
regular format. If you have heard me speak or if you are a
regular reader you know I am passionate about safety and being
effective in communication. I can honestly tell you that I
hope we fill the room at my Institute because I know how much
it will help each person there. Many of you have asked what will
be covered at the Institute so I compiled a list of the subjects
covered day by day. I hope this information will help you decide
to join us just seven weeks from now.

If you want additional information please go to
http://www.drebinger.com/page/page26.html
You will find a letter that shares the benefits you and your
company will receive when you attend.

on Saturday to be able to get a full schedule in on Friday.

On Thursday evening we have often done a group event so if you
plan any shows or special dinner meetings on your own please
keep Thursday evening open.

Participation expectations:
Please be aware that only those who volunteer will make any
presentations in front of the group. You will be comfortable
in this environment no matter what your current skills are.
You will have the opportunity to practice techniques while at
the Institute either individually or in the group as you prefer.
You decide on your level of participation.

Money Saving Tip:
Many companies have found that if they allow their employees
to stay over and return on Sunday the dicounted airfare more
than makes up for the additional night at the hotel. You might
check the price differnce out before booking a flight.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Why do you hold the Institute in Las Vegas?
There are several reasons. First, John uses the environment
of Las Vegas to teach you techniques that you can use to
motivate your employees. Second, the cost of hotel rooms and
meeting rooms is very reasonable in Las Vegas. Third, we can
keep costs to you down, because we can drive to Las Vegas
which saves significant dollars over shipping all the
materials. Fourth, Las Vegas is full of examples of
creativity and they help you in the process.
Fifth, we like to go there.

2. Why don't you hold the Institute more than once a year?
It takes a great deal of work to market, schedule, and hold
a quality event and it is difficult to fit in to John's busy
speaking schedule. This year we are trying a different date
as it has previously been held in October.

3. Can I arrive late or leave early?
If there is no way to avoid it, yes, but you will miss out
on some great material.

4. Do you give a discount for more that one person from a
company attending?
Yes. The first person's investment is $2197 and any
additional participants may attend for only $1497 each.

5. What is the weather like?
March is considered to be one of the best months to visit
Las Vegas. The average temperature range is a high of
69 degrees Farenheit and a low of 44 degrees Farenheit.
It is warm but your skin doesn't burst into
flames when you step outside like it does in August.

6. Can I bring a spouse along?
Many participants bring their spouse along for the trip.
If they would like to join us for meals there is a minimal
charge to cover the meal costs. The Institute is for
participants only, however they may visit for an hour or so
to see what you are up to. Plus, there is much to do in
Las Vegas. An interesting fact is that the greater majority
of visitors never participate in gambling but still have
more to do than time allows.

7. What is the difference between the Institute and a safety
conference or convention?
As you can see from the schedule, every moment from
8am to 5pm is packed with skills, techniques, and activities
that will help you achieve your safety objectives. You know
what you are going to get and no time is wasted. At a
safety conference there is typically one or two one hour
sessions in the morning and a couple in the afternoon. You
must choose from a list of sessions and hope the session you
choose is worthwhile. Many times the room you go to is full
so you must go with your second choice or miss out on that
session entirely. Also, at safety conventions not everyone
attends all the sessions so your company is paying for
something they aren't getting.

8. I want to attend but my company won't pay the registration
investment. What can I do?
We have had several people over the years that knew the
value of the Institute better than their company so they
paid their own way asking their company to just provide them
the time to attend. If this is your situation please let
Sandie know as she can help. We are very proud that one such
attendee last year who paid his own way demonstrated such an
improvement that his company is going to pay to send someone
this year.

9. Can I do a short safety presentation and have it critiqued by
John and the attendees?
Yes, there will be a time when John gives you an opportunity
to speak and get feedback. We would appreciate it if you let
us know prior to the Institute so we schedule enough time.
We will however take signups during the Institute. Please
note that as the feedback is given everyone in the room
learns also. This has been a very useful exercise to
presenters and audience members alike.

10. While in Las Vegas I would like to see a show. Where can I
find out what shows there are and how much they cost?
A great resource for show and other information
is www.vegas.com
You should be aware that some of Las Vegas entertainment is
of an adult variety so you should read the reviews of the
shows in vegas.com to see if they are adults only or kid
friendly, etc.

11. I thought, "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas?"
That may be true for everyone else but we guarantee you
will take out of Las Vegas and the Dynamic Presentations
Institute more than you could imagine. The results you get
and the lives you will impact are significant.

12. Will you be holding the Institute again in October of 2005?
No. The earliest we will repeat it would be spring of 2006
if we choose to do it again.

Infrequently Asked Irrelevant Questions:
1. What is the record snowfall in one year and where?
Mount Baker, Washington in 1999 at 95 feet of snow.

2. What is the hottest and coldest temperature on Earth?
The hottest temperature was in El Azizia, Libya on
Septermber 13th 1922. The temperature reached a scorching
136 degrees. Death Valley, California comes in second with
134 degrees. So you see, Las Vegas isn't that hot.
