Once your employees have heard "Ensure Your Safety" they are ready to go beyond personal responsibility to watching out for the safety of those around them. John will come back and do a completely different program teaching your employees how to improve their own safety by approaching safety as a team. A recognized expert in communication skills, John has developed a series of communication tools anyone can use to share safety concerns with others. Imagine the result to your incident rate when all of your employees serve as safety coaches for each other. If you are using a behavioral safety approach John can help employees with techniques to help them share the results of an observation. In our culture it is uncomfortable to correct or criticize someone else's behavior. This gets in the way of employees helping each other. Even when they see a hazard or behavior that could result in an injury they are reluctant to say anything. After they learn John's methods they will find it a comfortable and rewarding process.
